In an effort to close the racial gap at the C-suite level in sports, Diverse Representation, Minorities in Sports and the National Association of Black Sports Professionals (BSP) have partnered to launch the Diverse Sports Executives Pipeline Program. The aim of the three month program from June to September is to increase racial diversity in Black Executive leadership of professional sports teams and leagues. Development components for the 10 executives accepted into the program will include: one-on-one mentorship, professional executive coaching, a speaker series, and more. Applications will open soon.
