Interested in pursuing a career as an executive in the sports industry? Applications are now open for our inaugural Diverse Sports Executives Pipeline Program. In an industry where senior leadership is still overwhelmingly white, our aim with this program is to increase the number of executives of color within professional sports leagues, teams, and organizations. Ten individuals will be selected to participate in an immersive three month, tuition-free program in an effort to equip them with the skills and tools to succeed as executives in the industry. The program features one-on-one mentorship, professional executive coaching, leadership development workshops, a speaker series, and more.
Applications for the program close on May 24, 2021. We will announce the selected participants in June as well as our partnering teams and organizations.
